The Ohlins BMS Mi20S1 (height adjustable) BMW strut/shock package is a direct bolt in (plug and play) replacement of OEM shocks for the BMW Mini (R56). Ohlins shocks will give you the suspension control needed for spirited road driving, Auto-x and track day use. A perfect upgrade for serious auto crossing and track day use.
